Your data stays on your device.
That's the whole policy in one sentence. The rest is just the detail. Last updated: June 2026.
Your raw data never leaves your browser
When you upload a CSV or Excel file, it is processed entirely inside your browser. The rows, cells, and values in your spreadsheet are never transmitted to any server — not ours, not anyone else's. This is not a privacy promise backed by a terms of service — it is a technical fact. There is no endpoint that accepts raw data.
Only computed statistics are sent to the AI
VeralyzeAI computes statistical summaries from your file locally: row counts, column types, totals, averages, distributions, correlations. These numbers — not your raw data — are sent to Anthropic (USA) to generate the plain-English analysis via their Claude API. No individual rows, names, customer records, or cell values leave your device. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle API inputs.
Nothing is stored on any server
VeralyzeAI has no database. Nothing from your analysis is saved, logged, or retained after your session ends. When you close the tab, everything is gone. We have no ability to retrieve your data because we never had it.
The only personal data we collect is your email at unlock
If you choose to unlock a full report, you enter your name and work email. This is submitted to Formspree (USA), a form-processing service, so we can follow up with you. We use Anthropic (USA) to generate AI analysis from computed statistics — no raw data is sent. No other third parties receive your data. We do not sell this data, share it beyond these two processors, or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
No tracking, no cookies, no ads
We do not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies on this product. We do not profile visitors. We do not sell data to data brokers.
Governing law — PIPEDA (Canada)
VeralyzeAI is a Canadian product. This policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have a privacy concern, you have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
