What VeralyzeAI does
VeralyzeAI is a data analysis tool. You upload a spreadsheet, we compute statistics from it entirely inside your browser, and we use those statistics to generate a plain-English report. The service is designed to help you understand patterns in your own data faster than you could manually.
What VeralyzeAI doesn't do
VeralyzeAI is not a financial adviser, accountant, business consultant, or legal adviser. The reports it produces are automated analysis based on the numbers in your file. They are not professional advice of any kind. You should not make significant business, financial, or legal decisions based solely on a VeralyzeAI report without consulting a qualified professional.
No liability for decisions made from the analysis
VeralyzeAI and its operators are not liable for any business outcomes, financial losses, or damages that result from decisions you make based on the analysis. The service surfaces patterns in your data — what you do with those patterns is entirely your responsibility. Results are only as accurate as the data you provide.
The service is provided as-is
VeralyzeAI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will not be liable for any interruptions or inaccuracies.
You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to use VeralyzeAI. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are using VeralyzeAI on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on that business's behalf.
Your data and your responsibility
You are responsible for the data you upload. Do not upload data that you do not have the right to process, or that contains personal information about others in a way that violates applicable privacy laws. VeralyzeAI processes your data locally in your browser and does not store it — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Governing law — Ontario, Canada
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
